Yes, that's fine with me. It still amazes me how much better the response rate was for me using this style postcard compared to the official-looking letters with the house shown on the outside. I got almost zero calls from the letters minus 1 person who told me to take them off of their list lol. But with the handwritten font, I pay cash postcard, it was much higher response rate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

I think people feel less threatened with the handwritten looking cards compared to a possible "spammy" official looking letter. That's my experience with bandit signs as well. The worse the handwriting, the more calls I get. The nicer looking the sign, my phone never rings. If people see a handwritten rent to own sign, they aren't worried about credit, criminal background checks.
